Privacy notice

The enquiry form asks for contact details, company, country and project requirements. It also includes the language, source page and any campaign parameters in the current enquiry link. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or information that you are not authorised to share.

We use enquiry information to respond, clarify requirements and prepare a commercial discussion. The form is processed through Formspree, and the website is hosted on Vercel. These providers may handle technical request data under their own policies. Email and WhatsApp enquiries are also subject to the policies of those services.

This version of the site does not load advertising trackers or a third-party analytics script. Hosting and form providers may keep security and operational logs. An enquiry is not treated as successfully submitted until the form provider confirms receipt; that confirmation is not proof that an email was delivered.

Enquiry records are used for the relevant business discussion and any resulting supply relationship. You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you provided by emailing info@afmeter.com. We will review the request and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
